To Susan, Joan and Victoria. So sorry to learn of your loss. I have good memories from knowing and remembering your Mom. She and I went to the big city, Elmira N.Y. to shop and it rained all that day. We never worried that we may have a problem getting home because of high water. It was the big 1972 flood and we just made it home before some of the roads were closed. We often laughed about it later. She was a good neighbor and I often think of all the good people who lived on Pine and Fifth streets. Please accept our condolences.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I've heard so much about Evelyn. I'm sorry I never got a chance to meet her. I know no words could possibly ease your pain, only God, and time.
