Scott R. Henry

Scott R Henry, age 53, has peacefully passed away in his home of Avis, Pa on July 20, 2021 from fighting a long battle of ALS. 

Scott is survived by his wife Sandra Henry of 34 1/2 years and their 4 children April Henry of Williamsport Pa , Scott Henry of Williamsport Pa, Sandra Jennings (Ryan) of Avis, Pa, and Phoebe Henry of Avis Pa and grandchildren Reilly, Jason, Amber, Dreicen, Emma, and Aynjell. His surviving siblings are, Lennie Draper (Frank) and Kevin Henry. Scott was predeceased by his parents Carl and Betty Henry. 

Scott loved spending time with his family (especially his grand kids). He was a very hard worker, loved working out in his garage (especially wood working). He loved going on trips with his family and loved teaching his grandkids how to cook and bake. He also absolutely loved building things out of wood and getting creative and he loved his job which was driving truck. There was never a dull moment once he entered the room; everyone loved him and his humor. 

He will greatly missed by all that knew him!

There will not be a viewing or funeral but all donations can be made to the ALS clinic to help other people in this situation!

Cards and flowers are welcomed to be mailed to the family’s place of residence
