Rebecca G. Yaw

Rebecca G. Yaw, 47, of Williamsport passed away early Saturday morning June 26, 2021 at the Gatehouse Hospice in Williamsport.  She was born October 16, 1973 in Jersey Shore and was a graduate of Loyalsock High School.  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in criminal justice from Kaplan University.  She collected Princess House figurines and enjoyed spending time with friends.  She loved being with her grandchildren.

Rebecca’s survivors include her mother Patricia Butler Zellers of Williamsport, her three daughters, Ashia Page (Kevin) of Milton, Siarah Yaw of Williamsport, and Niha Yaw of Montgomery, one son Benton Conner, III of Williamsport.  Eight grandchildren: Hunter Page, Wyatt Page, Avaey Klaus, Wade Page, Mason Rundio, Bryson Rundio, Braila Evans and Cohen Evans. 

She was preceded in death by her brother Paulie Zellers and her grandmother Mildred Butler.  In keeping with Rebecca’s wishes her services and interment will be at her family’s convenience.  Her family suggests contributions be made to the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, PA 17740 to help defray funeral expenses.
