Delores Peterson Obituary
Delores V. Peterson, 88, of Harrisland/South Avis passed away Friday February 5, 2021 at her residence.
She was born February 3, 1933 in South Avis a daughter of Charles B. and Dorothy Stabley Swinehart. She married Bernard Peterson on July 1, 1968; sharing 42 years together until he passed in September of 2010. She was an inspector for West Company in Jersey Shore for many years. She enjoyed the outdoors, flower gardening, her crossword puzzles and dogs.
Her Survivors include her sister Callie Mae Krupa and a longtime family friend Robert L. Rinker, along with several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Hazel Ford, brothers Charles & Carl Swinehart.
Delores’ final Life Tributes Services will be held privately at her family’s convenience at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home is in charge of her arrangements.
