Shirley A. (Lezak) Christian, a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully passed away on June 18, 2026, in Williamsport, at the age of 76. Born on August 21, 1949, in Johnstown, PA to the late Frank and Blanche (Strayer) Lezak. Shirley dedicated her life to nurturing her family and home.

Her life's work as a homemaker was complemented by her many interests. She was an avid reader and delighted in the camaraderie of playing card games such as Set Back. Shirley was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, rarely missing a game. Her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved family, whether at the river lot or during picnics, and she treasured the moments spent keeping up with her great-granddaughter, Halle.

Shirley was preceded in death by her loving parents, her devoted husband, Richard A. Christian, Sr., her sons Robert L. Christian and Jay P. Christian the 2nd, and her brothers Robert Wike, Dick Wike, Ray Wike, and Butch Wike.

She leaves behind her son, Richard A. Christian Jr. and his partner Tammie Dutton; her granddaughters Elizabeth Christian and Jennifer Christian, and Jennifer's partner Logan Bechtol; and her cherished great-granddaughter, Halle Bechtol; as well as a brother, Web (Rose) Wike. The memory of her love and warmth will be forever held in their hearts.

In accordance with Shirley's wishes, services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. She will be laid to rest at Jersey Shore Cemetery.
