Raymond "Ray" C. Snyder, 78 of Wellsboro, passed away with his family by his side in Pheonix, Arizona Tuesday, December 10, 2024.   He was born to the late Thomas F. and Ruth E. (Hall) Snyder on April 3, 1946, in Wellsboro, PA.

Ray was a night guardsman for Avis Homes for many years.  He enjoyed spending time with his late wife, Carol Kibbe, going to concerts and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates games.  He also was very handy at fixing all types of things.  He moved out to be with his family in Pheonix after the passing of his wife in 2022.

Ray is survived by his stepson, Michael T. (Sherri) Kibbe of Pheonix, Arizona, as well has their children, Michael T. Kibbe, II and Hannah Kibbe.  Ray is also survived by his sister Mary Ann and his late brother's wife, Linda Snyder.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Snyder.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no memorial service, and he will be laid to rest with his wife, Carol, in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.
