Phyllis L. Clark, 70 of Williamsport and formerly of Jersey Shore passed away early Monday, December 20, 2021 at Manor Care in Jersey Shore. She was born in Jersey Shore September 3, 1951 a daughter of Leonard B. and Catherine M. (Kiess) Clark.  She was predeceased by her husband James E. Stamm and her daughter Mary Beth Kurtz last May.  Phyllis was the clerk and manager at the 220 Eatery in Linden since 1986.  She was known by her friends as "Tweetie Bird" and was a huge Elvis fan.  She was a member of the Jersey Shore LOOM Lodge and the BPOE Lodge in Renovo.  She enjoyed gardening, canning and shopping.   She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Jersey Shore.

Phyllis' survivors include her daughter Christina M. Mader (David) of Mill Hall and her son Leonard Stamm (Audra) of Wamego, KS.; her companion of 27 years Richard "Shark" Heinbach and six grandchildren: Devin, Myles and McKinley Stamm, Trista and Cathleen Thompson and Morgan Edwards, as well as eleven great grandchildren and her brother Boyd Clark (Bev) of Jersey Shore.

Phyllis' Life Tribute Service will be held at 2:00pm  Monday, December 27, 2021 at the Tributes of Life Crematory Chapel 1000 Hill Alley Jersey Shore, PA 17740 (Directly behind the Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home ) A public visitation will be held on Monday from 1:00pm – 2:00pm at the crematory.
