Mary F. Boring, of Jersey Shore, peacefully passed away on April 29, 2024. She was born on May 11, 1947, in Spangler, a retired seamstress for Woolrich. Mary had a passion for crocheting, gardening vegetables and flowers, and cherished the time spent with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, whom she adored and who affectionately called her Nana.  Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Pearl (Smith) Boggetta; her husband of 57 years Donald L. Boring; her son, Donald Boring, Jr.; and her sisters, Alice (James) Wensel and Betty Main.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura (Christopher) Clark; grandchildren, Isabella and Max Clark; brother, Peter Boggetta; and sisters, Eileen (Clyde) McConnell, Ruth (Bruce) Mason, Linda (Maurus) Hite, Cathy (Albert) Weakland, Edith (Richard) Barlow, Jean (Charles) Oblinsky, Joan (James) Bender, and Barbara (Robert) Veneskey; brother in law Kenneth Main and many nieces and nephews.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 11:00 am at St. Luke's Catholic Church 120 Kendall Avenue, Jersey Shore with Father Bert Kozen officiating. Interment will be in Jersey Shore Cemetery. Mary will be remembered for her love of family, her skillful hands in crafting, and the warmth and kindness she shared with all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
