Lois E. Bamonte, 94, formerly of Jersey Shore, passed away, Thursday, November 12, 2020 at AristaCare of Loyalsock in Montoursville.  She was born April 12, 1926, in Oriole, the daughter of the late Arthur and Blanche (Tomb) Clark.

Lois married Victor C. Bamonte on January 3, 1948, they had celebrated 51 years of marriage just before he passed away January 15, 1999,  Lois was a homemaker her entire life; she enjoyed poetry, puzzles, knitting and cooking.  Lois took great joy in taking care of her family.

She is survived by her son, Richard C. Bamonte of Lock Haven and her sister, Emily "Dee Dee" Sweeley, of Jersey Shore.

In addition to her parents and husband, Lois was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki T. Bamonte, who passed away in 2001.

There will be an interment service for Lois, Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 10:30 AM.  It will be held in the Chapel at the Jersey Shore Cemetery.  Please observe COVID 19 social distancing and wear protective masks.
