Larry E. Metzger, 71, of Plunkets Creek Township Lycoming County passed away unexpectedly at his residence Friday, March 11, 2022.

He was born in Williamsport on February 21, 1951 a son of Clair E. and Betty R. Metzger. Larry was the Operations Manager for Montour Oil for over 15 years and retired from Allison Crane Co.  He enjoyed fishing, gardening, Bird watching and feeding the birds.

Besides his mother Betty R. Metzger of Montoursville, he is survived by his siblings Doris M. Fogelman of Montoursville, Dale E. Metzger of Jersey Shore and Harold E. Metzger of South Carolina.  He was predeceased by his father Clair and a sister Shirley Metzger.

In keeping with Larry's wishes there will be no formal service at this time.
