Kenneth L. Bliler, 82, of Antes Fort, passed away at his home Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019. He was born in Lock Haven, May 2, 1937, a son of Russell and Grace Smith Bliler. He was a logger and was employed by the Sun-Gazette. His survivors include two brothers, Glenn and Norman, of the area, and a sister, Barbara Griswald, of West Virginia.
