Kathie Ann Zerance, of English Center, passed away Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

She was born in Williamsport, March 18, 1955 a daughter of Richard and Mary (Myers) Winters. Kathie was a graduate of Wellsboro High School and married William S. Zerance on April 10, 1976 and he survives.  She was the Secretary for Cogan House Township.  Kathie was great cook, enjoyed music and taking pictures of her loved ones; she also enjoyed knitting and reading.  Kathie was a giver all her life; she enjoyed making other people happy.  One of the greatest joys of her life was her granddaughter, Chloe, whom she adored and loved spending as much time with her as possible.

Besides her husband, Bill, she is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Shemory (Brock) of Selinsgrove and her granddaughter, Chloe; Kathie's siblings, Dorothy Devine, Louise Paucke, Mary Greene, Richard Winters, Bonnie Phelps and Randall Winters.

A Life Tribute Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at The Cedar Run Church, 18577 Rt. 414 Hwy, Cedar Run, PA 17727 with Pastor Gary Messenger officiating.
