Jolene H. (Hoy) Confer, 68, of Jersey Shore, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.  She was born in Lock Haven, March 4, 1952, the daughter of George and Betty (Richey) Hoy.

Jolene was a high school graduate who went on to earn an Associate Degree.  She worked for many years in the nursing field and was a Nursing Instructor at CPI in Pleasant Gap. Jolene married Brian Confer, September 18, 1998 and recently celebrated their 22nd anniversary. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family and was very passionate about dog rescue.

Jolene is survived by her loving husband and two sons, Eric M. Clausen and Christopher Clausen both of Lock Haven; five grandchildren, Allison, Makayla, Rustina, Kristen and Jacob.  She is also survived by a brother, Roger Hoy, of Lock Haven.

Services for Jolene will be at the convenience of her family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Rearick Carpenter, 1002 Allegheny Street, Jersey Shore.
