JERSEY SHORE - Jennifer G. (Myers) Barker, 45, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at her residence.

Jennifer was born on December 6, 1972 in Jersey Shore and was the daughter of Samuel N. Myers of Jersey Shore and the late Betty C. (Zinck) Myers.

She was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School, 1990.  Jennifer had worked as a cook at the Jersey Shore American Legion.  She was a member of the Auxiliary of the VFW and American Legion.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she is survived by one son; Samuel A. Tucker of Avis, one daughter; Chelsea M. Eggler (Gary) of Lock Haven, three grandchildren; Clara L. Marshall, Lorraine K. Eggler and Heather G. Eggler, step mother; Debra K. Myers of Jersey Shore, two step-sisters; Jamie L. Miller of Jersey Shore and Jennifer L. Brooks of Salladasburg.  In addition her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother; Samuel N. Myers.

There will be a memorial service to be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore.
