Helen J. (Welch) Bartley, aged 86, of Loganton, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2025. Born on October 5, 1938, in Lock Haven, Helen was the cherished daughter of the late Earl and Eva (Scheesley) Welch.

Helen dedicated much of her professional life as a factory laborer at Woolrich, Inc., where she was a valued worker and colleague. Her commitment to her work was paralleled by her devotion to her family and her many passions.

Among her greatest joys were watching her favorite television programs, "The Price is Right" and "Wheel of Fortune." She found immense pleasure in gardening, tending diligently to her beloved flowers, and cherished every moment spent with her treasured dog, Bella. Above all, Helen adored her family, especially the time spent with her grandchildren, who brought boundless joy to her days.

Along with her parents, preceding Helen in death are her husband, Dale S. Bartley, Sr.; her son, Dale S. Bartley, Jr.; her Son-in-Law, Steven Landis; her brother, Wilber Welch; her sisters Rae June Shoemaker, Carol Shaw, Dorothy Young; and her step-sisters Shirley Snook and Sandy Hanford.

Helen leaves behind a legacy of love through her surviving family: her daughters Dianna (David) Raudabaugh and Kelly Landis; her sister Sandra Young; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her dearly.
