WATERVILLE - Hazel Annabelle (Zinck) Humphrey, 86, passed away suddenly, March 14, 2016, at her home in Waterville.

Hazel was born March 6, 1930, in Jersey Mills to the late Joseph B. and Agnes L. (Button) Zinck.

She was a faithful member of the St Luke's Catholic Church.

Hazel's passion in life, besides her family, was to volunteer her time to help others. She was very involved in the Waterville Fire Hall and loved to make various baked goods for fundraisers.  She was a member of the Jersey Shore Elks and Moose Lodges, Lady's Auxiliary of the Avis American Legion, and The Knights of Columbus of Ardmore, PA.  In her spare time she loved to garden and make afghans for the residents at Manor Care Nursing Home.  She donated vegetables grown in her garden to a local home for unwed mothers.

Surviving is one son, Lester E. Humphrey III; five daughters, Cherie L. White of Collegeville, PA, Nancy A. Brosch of Gaithersburg, MD, Denise H. Lynch of Havertown, PA, Mary (Beth) Griffith of Charles Town, WV, and Sheila H. Reynolds of Havertown, PA; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Hazel was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph R. and Luther W. Zinck and five sisters; Dorothy, Grace, Myrtle, Mary and Maudie.

Friends and family can visit at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 118 Kendall Ave. Jersey Shore, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 9-10 AM with a Mass following at 10AM with Father Bert Kozen officiating. Burial will be in the Haneyville Cemetery.
