Geraldine L. Riggle, 89 of Jersey Shore passed away Tuesday morning on June 28, 2022, at her residence. She was born March 23, 1933, in Grassflat, Clearfield County, a daughter of Percy and Mable Peterson Hemsley.  She was married on June 30, 1974, to John A. Riggle who passed away December 31, 1986.  She was self employed her entire life and was a caregiver for the elderly and cared for children as a babysitter.  She enjoyed collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia.

Her survivors include her children, Terry Zwald (Ray) of Jersey Shore; Lori Hollick (Dan Walton) of Laceyville; Michael Ergott (Linda McCormack) of Jersey Shore; Randy Ergott (Cheryl) of Williamsport and John Riggle of Williamsport.  She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as her sisters Shirley Andrus of Lock Haven and Sherry Dauberman of Mill Hall.  She was predeceased by a son, Arnold Ergott and husband, John A. Riggle.

In keeping with Geraldine's wishes, her services will be held at her family's convenience.   Interment will be held privately in the Jersey Shore Cemetery.
