Franklin E. Williams, Jr., 62, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022 at Haven Place in Lock Haven.  He was born June 12, 1960, a son of Franklin E. and Gladys (Gamble) Williams.

Frank was a manager at Fisher Auto Parts for many, many years.  He was an avid hunter, enjoyed collecting guns and fishing.  He was a volunteer fire fighter for the Avis Fire Company.

About 12 years ago Frank suffered a significant stroke that left him paralyzed.  Frank wanted nothing more than to be able to walk again. His dearest friends are certain that he walked in to the Gates of Heaven to meet his Lord and Savior.

Besides his parents, Frank was preceded in death by a cousin Dick Willits.

In keeping with Frank's wishes there will be no services.
