Frances J. (Green) Black, 61, formerly of Jersey Shore passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Williamsport Home. Frances was born April 25, 1960 in Jersey Shore a daughter of Leo and Helen Green.

She was a homemaker her entire life and at one time was employed by Dollar General.  Frances enjoyed country music, bingo, watching game shows on TV and the going to the American Legion.

Her survivors include her five children; Maynard Green, Tammy Lucas Coleman and Debra Blesh, of Jersey Shore; Mae Seeley, of Milton and Janet Lucas of Lock Haven.  She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; five siblings, David and Mike Green, Donna Bilby and Hope and Rose.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Viola Paucke, Leo, Donny and Jimmy Green.

In keeping with Frances's wishes there will be no public services or visitation.  Her family suggests contributions be made to the Williamsport Home, 1900 Ravine Road, Williamsport, PA  17701.

Her family wishes to sincerely thank the professionals and staff of the Williamsport Home for their expert care and compassion extended to Frannie and her family during the time she stayed there.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, Jersey Shore.
