Born on February 6, 1958, in Lock Haven, to the late Elwood E. Welshans and Marilyn (Hutzel) Welshans. Pat lived a life filled with love, adventure, and dedication.
Pat spent his formative years in Sugar Valley, where he developed a passion for cars. He was known for his talent in restoring vehicles and proudly showcasing his completed projects. A man of many talents and interests, Pat was self-employed in various business ventures before dedicating a decade of service to multiple post offices.
Among his cherished pastimes, Pat adored and cherished every moment spent with his five beautiful granddaughters, who always knew being with Pap would be a fun time with adventures and laughter. Pat loved traveling to the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Las Vegas, and Mexico, where he created lasting memories with family and friends. He was an avid pool player and member of a local billiards league, enjoyed gardening, and was an enthusiastic bird watcher, and a Penn State football fan.
