Carol H. (High) Kibbe, 77, of Jersey Shore, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022 at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

She was born on May 8, 1945 in New York and was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Ruth (Birchfield) High.  Carol graduated from Jersey Shore High School and had worked in Home Health Care and Truck Driving.  She was a member of the Elks and enjoyed going to baseball games, rock and roll concerts and attending Broadway plays.

Carol is survived by her fiancé; Ray C. Snyder of Jersey Shore, son; Michael T. Kibbe (Sherry) of Scottsdale, AZ and grandchildren; Michael T. Kibbe, Jr. and Hannah Kibbe.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Kibbe.

There will be a public viewing 1 – 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore where the funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m.  with Pastor Tonja Pennycoff Officiating.  Private burial will be held in Jersey Shore Cemetery.
