JERSEY SHORE - Betty G. (Hamilton) Carson, 85, died on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Susqueview Home, Lock Haven.

Betty was born on March 22, 1931 in Duboistown and was the daughter of the late John H. and Martha (Wheeler) Hamilton.  She was a dedicated homemaker for most of her life.

Betty is survived by four sons; Blair E. Butler (Marge) of Avis, Charles R. Butler and William A. Furl, both of Lock Haven and Robert L. Furl (Kelly) of Loganton, two daughters; Sharon A. Butler of Woolrich and Ida J. Dutton of Avis, two step-sons; Dennis L. Furl (Kaye) of Mill Hall and Franklin A. Furl (Joanne) of Lock Haven, 27 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, one brother; William Hamilton of Elimsport and two sisters; Shirl Fisher of Elimsport and Lois Clark of Mill Hall.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband; Charles R. Butler, second husband; Franklin A. Furl and third husband; Harold Carson, two daughters; Lillian Darlene Rinker and Karen E. Butler, one brother; John Hamilton and one sister; Mary Jane Hanley.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
