Gerald "Jerry" L. Johnson

Gerald L. "Jerry" Johnson, 76, of Jersey Shore, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019, at ManorCare Jersey Shore.
Jerry was born in Williamsport on March 14, 1943, to the late Donald and Margaret (Ridall) Johnson.
Jerry worked as an inspector in a machine shop for Norcen Industries from 1971 until he retired in 2007. He married the former Marilyn Persun on June 26, 1971. He enjoyed woodworking and loved to hunt.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn (Persun) Johnson; two daughters, Stephanie L. Tomb (Kevin), of Jersey Shore, and Stacie L. Gorny (Christopher), of York; five grandchildren, Cody Tomb, Tyler Tomb, Nade Gorny, Iden Gorny and Olive Gorny; two brothers, Ernest L. Johnson, of South Williamsport, and Eugene W. Johnson (Kathy), of Milford; two nieces and one great-niece.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service for Jerry will be announced at a later date.
