Our deepest condolences and prayers go to all the family. Regretfully due to a prior commitment we cannot attend the service. If I could have attended I would have said that to me Fred is a man of few words but when he talks you will know he means what he says. I use the present tense because I know Fred is alive in CHRIST just waiting for us to be reunited. Fred has an awesome legacy in the family he & Betty have blessed us with. May you all be comforted in CHRIST as we await HIS shout that will bring us together for all Eternity. If we can help in any way please let us know.

I became Fred's neighbor in 1973. Since then I have always felt a part of the English family. My son calls him Uncle Fred. As a boy I used to ride my pony over to Fred's house to visit and he always called me Sheriff Roy. Although I moved away, joined the Army and became a cop, to Fred I was always Sheriff Roy. I will miss his friendship and his loss will leave a big hole in my life.

Dearest Betty,
Our love, sympathy and prayers go out for you and your family during this time of sadness. Since 2 of our sons married your 2 daughters you and we shared 8 grandchildren - and thus we celebrated many birthdays and special occasions together with you and Fred. May the Lord be your comfort. Lovingly, Roger and Pearl Wenger
